Kenny M. says, "I started working with Laura intermittently back in 2008, 2009. She was my trainer on and off, but that was due to my lack of commitment. I was beginning nursing school late 2009/early 2010 and had to get health screened. To my suprise, I was in poor condition. Laura changed my life from this point forward! After consulting with her again, we established a solid foundation with training inside and outside the gym. Later that year, with her training, I competed in my first ever triathlon which was very daunting to say the least! I finished strong and felt great! 2 months later, I competed in an Olympic distance race (by the way, she totally raced with me and was huge moral support). It is now 2014 and I still work with her. I have witnessed Laura grow in her experience and knowledge with the health and fitness field. Her nutritional knowledge is on the cutting edge!
