- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you feel a good vibe with the person and that the person does not just dictate what he would be providing. I like to listen to what they have in ind and make suggestions to add to make the final product so good, they would want to watch it over and over again and hopefully move them to tears.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish many people understood that good editing may take longer than the client wished. When I'm editing, for example, if I have put any titles, color-correction on sound adjustment, the piece will need to be rendered which may take some time; many don't understand this and can't understand why they should have to wait.
