My repair was for a tankless water heater that was no longer turning on, making it difficult to see what the exact problem was.I found Josh online and looked at his reviews, which were all 5 stars. He offered to come the same day but said it would be around 8:00pm before he would arrive at my home. I advised him that I could wait until the next day so that he would have time to call the tankless heater company. He came the next day as scheduled and immediately gave me a feeling that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy.He found the problem, called and spoke with my tankless water heater company and said he would wait in his truck at my home until they called back with a response of what they would cover. I hired M&N Water treatment to install my water softener in My Home about two months ago. He had to install the pipe that would drain out the discharge from the water softener and he did a great job at this. I am enjoying having soft water and so are my appliances. First and foremost I'd like to thank M&N Water treatment System for coming right away to my house and installed my Water Softener and Reverses Osmosis unit, connected to my hot/cold drinking water machine and hooked up to the refrigerator's ice maker. Woww! With them I got my brand new Water softener and Reverses Osmosis for only $1950 and I got the exact same system that I had been leasing with a previous company, which I had been paying $125 a month for almost 7 years because I couldn't afford buying from them. My previous company was selling me just the water softener it self for $2000 plus labor, materials and taxes fees. Thanks M&N I saved a lot of money and Carlos did a amazing job and Will continue to take care of the maintance as needed. Carlos was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a very humble technician. I truly recommend them!

Carlos is truly a genius! He is professional, honest, easy to work with, punctual, careful and considering. The water softener installation was clean, elegant, and fast. He also offered to help fix my other plumbing issues and installed some fixtures for me. All work is done for a very reasonable and honest price. He and his partner were really respectful for the property and carefully check everything out before they left. You can tell that Carlos had rich on-hand experiences working on some large scale systems, and is very knowledgeable in the water treatment business. I would definitely recommend him.
