FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most cost effective way to approach the study of Yoga is to commit to a minimum of three days a week. Buy choosing to sign up for a course of classes by the month, or by the year, it becomes clear that the more you show up, the more value you get for your money. If one class is $20, one week is $55, one month is $150. Get it!?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Daily practice of Yoga and Meditation, along with reading the teachings of the Masters keeps me in tune with the meaning and purpose of a conscious life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Walking in to a yoga studio for the first time took courage. The first class awakened memories of my childhood... playing, running, swinging, hanging from the monkey bars, seesaws, merry-go-rounds, cartwheels, somersaults... the pure joy of youth. I regained that youthful body. By the time I turned 55, I knew I would teach.
