FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though it is challenging to provide a set price for our services, as each event requires different set of skills/amount of time to execute, the following shall be taken as guidelines for pricing. A typical dinner for 6 at a household, including shopping, commuting, cooking, cleaning etc, starts at a flat-rate of $280, plus ingredients (shopping receipts provided). For a corporate event (up to 250), our flat rate pricing structure is based on a per-head basis, plus delivery. For a 3 course meal (appetizer/sald, main course, dessert), prices start at $15 per person. For a more detailed pricing to your needs, we would be happy to provide you with customized quotes and menus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarity is key to success, especially in communications. I initially strive to gather the main requirements and needs, if there are any food allergies from my clients, as well as establish the available budget to work with. I then provide several options, then we go from there. Once a formula is agreed upon, an email confirmation is sent to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michelin Star trained in France for 3 years initially, working under Culinary Academy Dean, Chef Maurice Brazier and Master Chef of France, Yves Louet initially, I then had the opportunity to move to the glamorous Hilton Hotel in London to broaden my training through international exposure. A more detailed portfolio of my Certifications, Training and experience is available on my Linkedin profile.
