I am a full service Italian chef in Madera Ranchos, California. I specialize in veal, chicken, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, calzones for corporate and private events. Not only am I the go to person for traditional Italian dining, I can also cater to your exact catering needs beyond Italian food.
Having grown up in the Italian restaurant business, I've enjoyed taking what my mother taught me to the next generation of the local dining scene. I am proud to serve traditional Italian food prepared the old world way.

Pete and Maria's is my favorite Italian restaurant. My favorite dish is the sausage and peppers. It's simple and fantastic. But you can't shrug at the pizza. Perfect every time! Not only is the food above the rest, the service is personable and homey. Everyone that walks through the door is treated like an old friend.
