I was so pleased with Chef Drea. Her food was simply amazing, and my family was completely blown away! She was always available to answer questions or accommodate any menu changes. Her sweet potato gnocchi was to die for along with everything else. She was on time, and cleaned everything up. Her helper Christian was an amazing young man. I highly recommend Chef Drea for any dinner party. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I hired Andrea to cook our families dinner after our wedding this past weekend for a more nontraditional reception. We then planned for her to come back the day after the wedding to cook a breakfast for us. Hiring Andrea was one of the smartest things I have ever done. She was extremely responsive, professional, down to earth, rolled with all the punches our families through at her, and that’s not even the best part- she is an absolute incredible chef. Our families have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was that she cooked for us. She used as many fresh ingredients from locals farms as possible and the taste showed. If you hire her, please ask for her chimichurri tri tip and fingerling potatoes with herbed cheeses- I went to the store and bought a ice chest and plastic containers so I could take the leftovers home with me they were so good. Her breakfast was just as incredible as well! The breakfast sausage and bacon were to die for! She is truly a master of her craft and you will not be disappointed with Andrea!

Chef Andrea was absolutely amazing for my 40th birthday party. She worked with me to set the menu and as a meat-loving bearded gentleman I can honestly say I've never had a better steak. She killed it. From the appetizers to the desert I loved each dish. She was punctual, professional, and really went out of her way to make my day special. 1,000% recommend!!

Fantastic dinner with Drea. World-class ingredients, using seasonal fruits and vegetables. She even did two kids dinners for our little ones. Oh and desert, which I normally don’t eat, was out of this world delicious. Seamless execution and good company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies by the size of the event, menu choices, and location. A private dinner for 2 will start at $200+ per guest. An event from 3-5 guests will start at $175+ per guest. Parties with 6-10 guests will start at $150+ per guest. Meal prep starts at $350 + groceries for 3 unique meals with 3-6 portions of each. With one week of meal prepping, you'll receive 6-24 portions depending on your package. Private cooking classes start at $100 per student. They will be held in your home or vacation rental.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a call to chat about what you're looking for with your event, I'll write a manu proposal with options for you to choose from and you'll make a deposit to secure your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants since I was a child. I've learned a lot and now I pass that knowledge on to my students. I did go to culinary school and I've worked in 4 diamond hotels and fine dining restaurants.
