I thought I was taking a risk not going with a "shiny" contractor, what if something goes wrong? Well something did go wrong - a water pipe was in the wrong place and they nicked it when they were digging holes for the posts. Kerby hired a plumber on the spot to come out, not just fix but completely replace that whole section of pipe, at no cost and fixed in a couple hours. Honest people doing good honest work that you can trust to do the right thing at every stage. You can spend your money anywhere, so spend it with these folks - they are the hard working people worthy of your patronage"See more

Ray was extremely professional. He explained the work that he did and how I could better take care of my drain. For example, Ray said pouring grease, among other things, down the garbage disposal is not a good idea. Ray cleaned up after himself and left my sink and pipes in great working order. I recommend Ray wholeheartedly and will use him again should a plumbing issue arise.

Richard was great! I had a hard time finding the right toilet and could not go to store due to a leg problem (which is why I needed a higher toilet). He helped me find the right height toilet after a couple of tries on my own, really going above and beyond. He also fixed some other things including replacing a water filter system. Looking forward to using Richard again for other plumbing issues.
