We found Izzy while searching for a contractor to fix our ceiling after a leak from the second floor. Izzy was the first to respond,, had the best price, and never tried to take advantage of the work that needed to be done. He was thorough, and communicated options. Specifically, he didn’t just patch the ceiling when there was still moisture within the walls so we don’t grow mold. Instead he left a fan and advised us letting it dry out would be best for our family, even though it meant he’d have to come back a second day. I appreciate the care he gave on a job that couldn’t have been quick. All of this, and he also did a great job patching the ceiling! He was communicative and punctual. We saved his number and will be calling him back for all of our future projects.
