- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Bear Claw Inspections LLC, we like to find out what concerns they have and what the needs are of the client. Pricing is based on location, age of home, what other features are in the home. We want the pricing to be reasonable and fair. We are open to any need the client may have!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a request comes in, start with introductions, find out the needs of the client. We also need things such as location, size of home, age of the home, time line the inspection needs to be done in. Listed last, but still important what information can the current owners provide about the structures history and maintenance? Who the players in this deal will be. What is of particular concern to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bear Claw Inspections, LLC is a unique, highly knowledgeable inspection company that brings to every job over thirty (30) years of hand-on experience in new construction, remodeling, building maintenance and repair. I am a certified inspector through nachi.org, in good standing. Our experience enables us to not only spot the obvious, but also recognize the subtle issues that other, less experienced inspectors (or those brand new to the industry) wouldn’t notice. Association for a year with nachi.org, the largest home inspectors organization with there certificate for "certificatiion professional inspector".
