- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will always be fair and honest. I have no desire to cheat anyone out of anything. We all work hard for our money and I will make sure that you always have a great price. My desire as a business owner is to be competitive and fair in the marketplace, and this is no exception. The quotes will always factor in the cost of marketing through Thumbtack and any necessary travel that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dog Training I always prefer to work with the dogs and owners in an area in which they are 100% comfortable. Which happens to be, most of the time, their own homes. Thereby removing any need for transportation by the client at all. I always work in 1 hour increments, and this is for two very good reasons. (1) Often times the training we are doing is very mentally exhaustive, so we will all be tired from the physical activity and mental activity that comes with any knew skills being developed. And (2) we as humans digest information best and more efficiently in smaller bites. I pour a lot of information into these sessions and you will definitely walk away with a greater knowledge of your dog and why they are the way that they are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dog Training I trained with a service dog program out of California. Trained two dogs to the full certification of Service Dog.
