I offer flexible options depending on your goals and level of support needed, including single sessions and partner or small group rates. Most clients choose packages because they provide better value and allow us to build real momentum. There are no hidden fees—everything is transparent upfront after we complete our initial assessment. I’m happy to recommend the best option based on your goals and budget.

Assessment session – Movement, fitness level, and baseline metrics 3. Customized plan – Tailored workouts + guidance outside sessions 4. Ongoing coaching – Accountability, progression, and adjustments as needed From day one, the focus is on building momentum and making progress you can actually maintain and truly see and feel the results!

My training approach is rooted in proven strength and conditioning principles, fat loss strategies, and habit-based coaching.
