I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer with 10+ years of experience, a licensed EMT, and CPR/AED certified, allowing me to coach clients safely, intelligently, and with a strong focus on proper movement and long-term joint health. My coaching goes beyond workouts. I’m also NASM-certified in nutrition and lifestyle programming, a trigger point therapy practitioner, and a former Kaiser Permanente health educator. Coach Paul is one of my favorite coaches I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He tailors every workout to your individual needs and fitness level, and he genuinely makes the process fun. I’ve had negative experiences with male coaches in the past who made me feel “lazy,” especially when dealing with women’s health–related issues, but that has never been the case with Coach Paul. He’s understanding, supportive, and always respectful. He’s also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with via text. I highly recommend him.

I’ve had many personal trainers, and Paul by far has been the best. I felt insecure about my body, afraid I would not be able to keep up with workouts and just unmotivated. Paul makes me feel at ease, motivates me and helps me embrace who I am at the moment and gives me confidence that I could be better and stronger. Every session feels supportive and not intimidating. He not only cares about your physical health but you’re over all well being. He always ends with motivational and inspirational words that leave me feeling encouraged and proud of myself. He has Mindright Monday where at the end of training he said to think about “what do I need to own, who can help me, and how can I help others.” He has Thankful Thursday where he said to think about 3 people I am grateful for in that same day or a life lesson.
