- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is a personal and unique experience so pricing does vary. All quotes are up front with staff payment and travel time included. Any changes made that effect pricing are discussed before implemented so there will never be surprise fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Nob Hill we like to insure the satisfaction of you, our customer. Some of the ways we achieve that is having clear and direct conversations based on your exact needs and desires. We get the full details about your event: date, location, guest count, dietary restrictions and any other special needs. We also like to help enhance your event where possible so we have a large database of additional entertainers at our disposal like, D.J.s, clowns, face painters, balloon artists, MCs and more.

My wife and I have over 40 years of culinary and business experience.
