I decided to go with Chef Michaels because he captured what I wanted to serve right away. I ordered substantive appetizers for lunch for 15 girlfriends without
asking for reference or tasting the food. He provided us with 7 different appetizers. It was a drop off. Price was reasonable as the other caterers were over priced and offered only 5 appetizers.
Chef Michaels was within my budget and they delivered on time. Highly recommended.
