I had just planned on getting an estimate but felt comfortable proceeding with the work after Christian gave me a fair estimate and even offered to swap my fridge line for free which I really appreciated because I was unable to use my refrigerator ice machine and it is hot! They also cleared the drain clog which was gnarly - previous tenant had put celery and sticks?? , worked with an awkward under the sink space, replaced some outdated connections and even gave me some lessons at this new rental home how to shut off water line and gas line which I really appreciated. I will have them come back for some future work as well."See more

I had been dealing with a leak in my guest bathroom for weeks, Two other plumbers came before and only did quick fixes that lasted 3 days. Water was already damaging my floor and I was desperate. A neighbor gave me Jordan’s Escobar number, and I noticed the difference from the first call. He answered, asked detailed questions to understand the problem, and scheduled me for the very next morning. They showed up right on time at 7:00 am. What impressed me most was the diagnosis. They didn’t start breaking walls at random. They used a camera to inspect the pipes and found the issue was coming from the main line. They explained everything in plain English, told me exactly what they were going to do, how long it would take, and gave me a written quote before starting,No surprises. They worked all day, super professional, with the right tools, and protected my furniture and floors. They cleaned up all the debris and even swept before leaving. The leak is 100% fixed and it’s been 3 weeks without a single drop. I’m genuinely grateful. It’s hard to find companies that combine honesty, technical skill, and great customer service. Andrew Ceballos from AYS Plumbing came today and charged me a very reasonable price to install 2 Bidets, 2 shower head extensions, 2 new shower heads, a diverter spout and pop up drain blocker. He even went to Home Depot to pick up a new Pop up assembly because the one I had was broken. I am extremely happy and unhesitatingly recommend Andrew and strongly endorse AYS PLUMBING for all your plumbing needs. Andrew is skilled, personable and friendly. Andrew took the time to install everything correctly and demonstrated that it worked. Mike Garcia, the owner of the company should also be commended for listening to my comments about the pricing and making it right. That speaks highly of him and his company. Kudos and THANK YOU to Andrew Ceballos and Mike Garcia. I know who I will be calling for any more plumbing issues."See more
