They even went the extra mile and went with me to Home Depot to make sure I selected the right replacement unit and necessary parts. Once the new water heater arrived, they returned and installed it with great care and attention to detail.Their workmanship is meticulous, and they patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process. They booked my appointment promptly and reviewed the work to be done in detail - Julian was very thorough with the inspection and promptly offered to check out the crawl space to clearly identify what pipes and connections were needed to hook up my new refrigerator to the water supply (no other company I called did that in the first visit) I was impressed by his willingness to be hands-on and provide upfront details of “how” the work will be done (not just “what” needed to be done). He was very patient in answering my questions. When we found out I needed the pressure regulator of the house changed in addition to the refrigerator hook up, he was willing to work with me on my budget and threw in a water heater flush as an extra which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel pressured to “buy” their services at any time. Julian answered my questions about plumbing fixtures and potential issues factually and with great detail . Jessie who came the next day for completing the drywall work was equally helpful, and went out of his way to take care of the work. Overall, I was very impressed with the customer service and warm operational style of this company and their willingness to go above and beyond to establish the customer relationship. Andy Rooter has helped me out a few times now. Most recently a very clogged drain where he identified where the clog was and then had to cut out the old cast iron drain pipe area and replace with new pvc drain. I’m so happy for my unclogged drain!!
