- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer specials and packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a phone meeting with the new customer during which I explain pricing and schedule, answer any and ask questions, and set a day/time for a trial lesson. I then have the trial lesson and proceed to schedule ongoing lessons from there. The process is very fluid and easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degrees: Bachelor of Music, Master of Arts, and Doctor of Philosophy. I am also a member of the Music Teachers Association of California.
