All true!! My deck and awning were damaged be a bad wind storm. Most of the awning had blown off due to improper installation 5 years ago by the original contractor. This proved to be tricky to repair but he figured it out. With the refinishing of all the wooden parts and replacing and expanding the awning, it looks like furniture. He also fixed leaky plumbing and installed baseboards. I highly recommend Rafael."See more
