- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our flexible pricing allows us to work with all types of budgets to help customers find suitable options. Pricing depends on items, delivery / pickup location, and additional services / add-ons. I always let customers know the total and do require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have call or texting options available. When inquiring provide the following, please - Event Date and Time - Event Location / Delivery address - Type of Event - Indoor or Outdoor? - Guest Count - Desired Rentals (tables, chairs, tents, heaters, linens, draping, etc.) - Budget (Optional: helps us better assist you with options that fit your budget and needs) - Any Inspo Photos (Optional)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been the person in my family who sets up parties and gatherings, I eventually realized I could turn that passion into a business. Started with just tables and chairs, and it’s been growing since then.
