Nav is a great yoga instructor who really pays attention to the needs of his clients. He brings a relaxing, meditative, and blissful mood to every class he leads. I especially like how he incorporates all senses by bringing a bell and incense to every class.
Studio V Pilates & Fitness is such a great place to workout! The instructors are all so welcoming and willing to help you in any way. My favorite class is Pilates on the reformer. It's always a good workout without a lot of impact. I always feel stretched out, refreshed, and ready for my day! Another plus is the FUN activities they offer outside the studio including clean cooking classes! Studio V is the perfect place for all your health & fitness needs!

I had a one on one session with Stephanie last Saturday. I've been struggling for a few years with regaining flexibility in my left hip and leg after some injuries. After just one session there was a dramatic improvement! My range of motion increased very noticeably. I particularly was pleased when I was training my legs 3days later. I was able to engage my muscles much more powerfully when squatting, deadlifting, and doing cleans and snatches. Yay! Over the course of our 90 min session I learned more about properly doing yoga than I have in all the years of my yoga practice. She immediately identified all my imbalances and guided me into greater body awareness and a deeper understanding of all the poses we went through. She tailored the practice expertly for my specific needs. I came away with lots of knowledge and the tools to address my imbalances and deepen my practice. I will definitely be working with her again and HIGHLY recommend her!

I never thought I would be into yoga, but Jasmine gave me my very first lesson in yoga and it was an awesome experience! She selected a great location where I could easily relax and focus. She was mindful of my back injury and guided me through the entire process to avoid any pain or strain on that area. She even taught me how to do a headstand for the first time in my life! Overall, it was an enlightening experience and I plan on making these one-on-one sessions a regular thing!

Jerrelle Wilson (RYT 200) Jerrelle has been practicing yoga since 2013, attracted to the practice because I saw the inner strength and benefits you can get from allowing yourself to be grounded on the mat. I wanted to find a way to stay grounded and connected to who I am as a person and yoga is key to that. Based on his newly found love of the practice he enrolled in the teacher certification program at I AM YOGA Wellness and received his yoga teacher certification in March of 2015. He enjoys teaching various types of classes including Vinyasa as well as Hatha style. He likes to incorporate yin yoga into his classes that allows for students to get deeper into poses and to begin releasing deeper muscle tissues. This style of yoga is meant for all types of students to begin to access strength and build flexibility. He brings a fun energy that encourages students to go farther at the same time honoring their bodies while on the mat. Jerrelle believes that yoga not only builds a sense of strength but it also creates a flow of life that ties mind, body, and soul together with the use of breath. He wants his students to have a positive experience and truly enjoy yoga. Yoga in his words, �Is a journey of learning the inner you and letting yourself become one with the world around you.�
