The Job: Termite inspection of 66 year old single story private residence with wood frame, raised concrete foundation, wood subfloor, and both stucco and wood siding.
Mr. Page showed up for the job on time (actually a little early). We found him to be very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. Although not required as part of the termite inspection, he offered several suggestions on how to take care of various defects found around the house. Would definitely hire him again, either as a termite inspector or a home inspector.

Rick was prompt he actually showed up early and started the inspection. Once the inspection was complete I received a full detail report in about 24hrs.
