- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From experience, I can estimate based on square footage, but I have been surprised. When surprised it usually is because of lack of cleaning. I understand life can get busy and the last thing someone wants to do is clean. I am very happy to step in and take care of clients household duties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a peek at every room with client so I have a clear idea of what is important to them. I try to get most clients caught up by doing a deep clean room by room. I some cases this can take a few visits if clients request standard clean. My job gets easier when clients home is in tip top shape and we are both happy with results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read about everything... I am currently trying to find the differences between a collector, a clutter-bug and hoarder in the making.
