Excellent work and timely service. Arrived on time and completed the job within 4 hours. Very please with the water heater. I would recommend them again for water heater replacement and installation in San Gabriel Valley.

They replaced a kitchen drain, re-caulked a tub, anchored two sinks to a wall, and repaired a garbage disposal. I love Hart2Hart. I'm blown away at the professionalism. They were on time, efficient and did an expert job. They have earned my business for life.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

It is in the family. My grandfather owned his own plumbing, heating, & air conditioning business in Indiana for over 60 years and passed the trade on to his children and grandchildren. I'm the last grandchild in the chain.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hart 2 Hart recommends you ask for references from customers who have used the services of the contractor you are considering before agreeing to sign a contract. In addition, you can go to CLSB.ca.gov to confirm the license status of the contractor, however, the state is somewhat slow in updating their information.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That there is a high percentage of unscrupulous tradesman in the plumbing arena using fear and pressure tactics to close a sale on work that may not need to be completed, or is at least something that can be delayed.
