- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was back in 2003 when I tipped the scale to up to 298 Lbs. that I realized I needed to do something about my weight. I started taking Step Aerobics classes at a local gym and saw the pounds melt away. I lost 60 lbs. during my first year into fitness. I decided I needed to spread the word about this miracle called fitness! It changed my life COMPLETELY for good and this gift is available to anyone who has the right mind set and is ready to make a change!
