Orson's service has the correct name—he really is the best! I needed divorce papers served to my husband. Orson responded to my request almost immediately and was able to serve the papers the same day. He knows his stuff and helped me understand the process, which made him easy to trust to handle my business and took a lot of the weight off of me. He was friendly and professional throughout, and proactive about sending timely updates along the way. I would definitely use him again, and will refer him to others.

Amazing work! He got to me within minutes of my post. He texted me, messaged me on the app, and even asked to call me, which I really appreciated. One of my poor character traits is waiting until the very last minute for everything. Being said I had 2 days to have the other party served so I found this gentleman here on thumbtack sent out a message and he responded within a couple of minutes. He drove by picked up the documents and had the other party served and the proof of service form filled out and brought back to me within a few hours. Quick and professional, I highly recommend him.

Listen, if you don’t hire Orson, you’re going to get a second rate experience because Orson is #1.
There’s an extremely small percentage of true professionals left in this world, those who know what they’re doing and take pride in their work (especially when you start getting tangled up in legal disputes which can be a huge headache to begin with), and Orson outshines them all.
From the moment I inquired for his services he was responsive, thorough and professional. Not only that, he’s about his business and beyond accommodating. I’m talking super courteous and understanding. I made multiple mistakes on my end (being unfamiliar with legal paperwork) and Orson never made me feel lesser or lost in the process, if anything, he had a solution for my mistakes and really made the process easy to get through.
I don’t sugarcoat things and when I feel someone is in it just for the money or for the sake of just getting another client, I can usually read them pretty quickly..not Orson. When I tell you there are few genuinely GOOD people left in this world, I’m talking about Orson. Hire him if you want the best experience in looking for a process server. I don’t even see him as a process server anymore, I see him as an honest and trustworthy person and I know you will too.
