Spencer has been my favorite Pilates instructor I have had. Her workouts are challenging but fun, and the way she breaks them down and explains each exercise is so helpful in getting the most out of my workout. I could really feel all of the muscles engaged really working !! Spencer is both knowledgeable, not to mention super friendly!! I look forward to more sessions with her!! I recommend her to all of my friends !!
Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.
Yes! I've finally found my trainer. She is tough but I love it. I get bored easily and she challenges me. Her lifestyle blog is fantastic - she really is the whole package from fitness to nutrition she gets it.
I love Jackie’s blend of Pilates, HIIT, strength training, low-impact cardio and other techniques. Celia is my favorite pilates instructor. She pushes you to challenge yourself, and I love her focus on form. I've done Pilates for years, and I didn't even realize how many workouts I was doing incorrectly until I trained with Celia. During a session with her, I said to myself "oh this is what it's supposed to feel like." Incorrect form in pilates means no results. I highly recommend Celia if you're looking to become fitter and stronger and healthier overall.

Fleur is awesome! I've known Fleur since high school and recently reconnected with her due to my need to start moving and being active. She is the epitomy of healthy & fit and a great jogging coach as well as pilates instructor. She is patient and encouraging but pushes you to be your best. I feel great about myself and others can see the improvement over the past year since I've been working with Fleur. I feel more toned and in-shape. (I just need to work on my eating habits now.) =)

I was initially introduced to Laurel by my 92 year old friend. Pilates with Laurel and the benefits were reinvigorating her daily experience of a senior life. Her language and understanding of the human body allowed me to feel confident about moving forward with my surgeries. Clearly I had found the correct teacher with which to learn how to move again. There is a distinct difference between Laurel's teachings of Joseph Pilates traditional work and most of what is marketed in the fitness world. My best analogy is Classic Ballet in comparison to Martha Graham . Laurel is part of a small community of Pilates teachers living Joseph Pilates work as well as growing longingly in his studies. Today I live with a greater knowledge of what part of my body is moving , what part of my body is yearning to stretch. Barre Body pilates is by far the best gym in the valley. I have tried many gyms and always get injured. Jassmine( the owner) is very knowledgeable and always makes corrections or modifications. She is upbeat, positive, great music and her classes are always different. You will never get bored with the same routine. She also offers a variety of classes such as pilates, TRX, just to name a few. My body has changed so much since I started. Furthermore, am excited everyday to workout instead of dreading it.. Barre Body Pilates ROCKS!!
Tricialee is an amazing, caring instructor. I have had her for both private and group Pilates classes, and I get an excellent workout. She’s so attentive and remembers where you’re at to give you personalized tips every time. Highly recommend!
I love doing Pilates with David. His attention to details with my session makes it worth going to him. He makes pilates fun yet it is an intense workout.
