Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Alex is wonderful. She taught a bi-weekly pilates class for our law firm this fall and winter. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She's extremely mindful of her students and checks in with everyone during class for pain or other issues. Alex provides accommodations for anyone who needs them, whether a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. She gives great advice and additional exercises for a range of conditions. Alex gave me advice that helped me heal from sciatica, and always checked in with me before and after class. Classes are adjusted based on energy levels, mood, special requests, and level of the students. Her classes are a great investment, and helped me center myself and relax. Thanks for everything, Alex!

Spencer has been my favorite Pilates instructor I have had. Her workouts are challenging but fun, and the way she breaks them down and explains each exercise is so helpful in getting the most out of my workout. I could really feel all of the muscles engaged really working !! Spencer is both knowledgeable, not to mention super friendly!! I look forward to more sessions with her!! I recommend her to all of my friends !!

I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.

I've been working with Jackie since she first started her career in fitness and she never seizes to amaze me with her new routines and combos. EVERY workout makes me break a sweat, feel stronger and like I've done some hard work for my body. Jackie is passionate about pilates and will help you reach your fitness goal whatever that may be. During the time I've worked with her I've lost 80 lbs, gained lean muscle and have accentuated my curves ;) Jackie is an immense pleasure to work with and every day you spend with her, feels like you're working out with a friend! Honestly, I didn't think Pilates would be the workout for me. I was so wrong. Jessica had been training my wife for quite a while, so I thought I'd join them for a session. I had been missing out! It's awesome! I feel the burn every time. Her training helps me to feel leaner, elongated and stronger with very little impact. It's also great to be able to work out with my wife at home. It's our ritual. Jess knows her stuff!

David is hands down the best pilates instructor I've ever worked with! He is extremely knowledgable about the body and knows exactly how to tailor exercises to meet individual needs. I had a very serious back injury and working consistently with David has greatly improved my mobility, strength, and I now have zero pain. His energy and enthusiasm shines in how he teaches and is truly contagious. I highly recommend David!

Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.

      Jennifer has tremendous knowledge and experience with Pilates and has been a fantastic trainer. I love that she has a dance background because as a former dancer myself, I have specific needs and get bored very easily. Our workouts are never the same and always tailored to match my needs for the day.

      I started with trying private sessions with Libby and was very pleased with the specific attention she paid to my "trouble zones". After those sessions were up, I went to her group class in Venice (a more cost effective option if you don't need that much special attention). The class was small and didn't feel "corporate" like a lot of other pilates classes I've been to. It felt basically like the private but with a few other people there. Libby is very hands on and encouraging. I was sufficiently sore after class, but so much as to dread going back which was my main criteria. Highly recommended.
