We were extremely satisfied with the house-cleaning service provided by Evellyn and Junior. Our project was a one-time cleaning of a 3-BR, 3-BA house, very last minute, and required quite a bit of work clearing the many cobwebs that have been accumulating on the 15-18 ft cathedral ceiling. Evellyn and Junior was the first team to respond to our project request. They responded very promptly to all my questions afterwards. Gave a very reasonable estimate. Showed up on time. Not only gave a very thorough cleaning of the whole house, but were able to remove some of the very stubborn stains in the bathrooms and kitchen that I had a hard time doing. And when initially they couldn’t quite reach some of the cobwebs that were so high up in the ceiling, they kept trying and found different ways to eventually got rid of all of them. And they still only charged us the initial estimated price. They truly worked above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend using this very friendly and professional team.

This rating should be 4.5 stars. I hired Rub & Shine Cleaning to do a deep clean of my empty house prior to leasing it. The contractors who were working there were not finished with the master bath remodel by the cleaning date, so when we discussed the initial hire, Amrik, the owner, agreed to return the following week to clean the extra refrigerator in the garage and clean the master bath after the contractors finished. On their 1st visit, Rub & Shine missed a lot of areas in the kitchen (did not clean the insides of the empty cabinets, vent hood, cutting boards, counter edges) - BUT - when they returned he readily agreed to redo the areas that they had missed and they did a great job of cleaning the 2nd time. He made good on his promise to clean the 2nd refrigerator & master bath and also cleaned the family room floor which had an area rug covering the hardwood on their 1st visit. Amrik is very hard working & the cleaning they ended up doing was very good - I would have given them 5 stars if they had not initially missed the areas of the kitchen & hall bath that I mentioned. I would consider hiring them again.

The cleaning team were very responsive but had to use a translating software to converse-not optimal. They worked diligently the entire time, but after they left I found that most of the glass surfaces were streaky and I had to re- do them. I also found that they did not clean well under the furniture, which I did myself. But, it was a big job and I probably should have provided more supervision. I paid extra because though I was moving out, the house was not empty and in excess if 2600 sq ft.
