- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a set price list for my services (I'll upload a pic). However, I do have flexible pricing for students and seniors. I may give discounts for multiple services. If I'm traveling to you... it's $100 min, plus $1.50 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There's always consultation done before any service, especially when it's a new client. Is very important to me to have great rapport with my clientele and that the client understands what I'm do and how my services benefits them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 yrs in the Hair, Health, & Entertainment industries. I work with All Ethnicities, All Hair Types, All Skin Types... I SOLVE HAIR ISSUES, I work with Kinky, Curly, Wavy, and Straight Hair, Thin &Thick Hair. I Grow Hair, I Sew Hair, I make Custom Wig pieces.... I DO IT ALL!
