- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different services, there's no "one price fits all". We offer Hypnosis and several healing modalities, such as Reiki and Pranic healing. We also offer Emotion Code and EFT. We offer classes. You can learn Hypnosis or Reiki with us. We also offer the options of groups for such things as weight loss, vision boarding, learning to cope as an empath and many other areas. We send a quote based on the information you've given us. The more complete the information you give us, the more accurately we can quote. For nearly all of our one-to-one services, we offer packages as well as "one session" price. The packages bring the per session price down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the first session we do a telephone consultation. This benefits the client as well as ourselves. We need to determine what the client's needs are, and whether we're the best solution for them. Mental health issues are referred to Mental Health professionals or we can work in conjunction with the client's therapist. For Medical issues we request information from their physician and need to get the Doctor's clearance before proceeding. Then the first session starts with getting to know each other, and learning about what they want to change in their life and why. We go on from there to working to make the changes that are desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tracy was trained in a state accredited hypnosis school in California, in 1985-86 and beyond. She was Board Certified as a Hypnotist, a Master Hypnotist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 1986. She has continued to upgrade her training in the following years. She was certified as a hypnosis instructor in 2012. Her Reiki training began in 1990 and completed in 2010. Bruce started his training in 1996, and has continued to upgrade his training each year since. He has many of the same certifications as Tracy. Both are certified NLP Masters. Both are Reiki Masters and Teachers. Bruce is an advanced Pranic Healer, and is an expert in Smoking Cessation, Pain Management, and Mindfulness Training as well.
