He gave good advice about to replace the whole toilet and not to replace the tank only. He also fixed my stuck shower door by applying WD-40 and grease and he did not charge me anything for it.

Was the first one to respond and visit to inspect and provide estimate. Unlike others who responded they did not demand any fee for inspection and estimate. After inspection it was determined that a bathroom contractor would be required for the job. They clearly mentioned that it was not in the scope of work they do and did not charge any fees.
