They worked long hours to get it all done, including patching and repainting walls within three days. They are skilled plumbers and construction workers so could handle all aspects of the job, including making a suggestion to move the shower head to a new and better location. Having clean, hot water and good pressure again has made a big difference for our family, and I would hire them again for other jobs. The price was competitive and all inclusive - no hidden costs. He even came out that same night to help. He was originally prepared to drain and remove the old water heater, but once I realized that shutting off the water would leave my unit without water for the night and early morning, I asked him not to proceed. Joe was completely understanding, didn’t make a fuss about the change of plans, and instead used the visit to take measurements and make sure everything was set for the next day. He returned the following day and replaced the entire water heater quickly and professionally. Throughout the whole process, he was responsive, pleasant, and honest about pricing which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely call Joe again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!"See more
