- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair and straightforward. Every project is a little different, so I price based on the work involved, the materials, and the level of detail needed. I don’t believe in surprise fees what we talk about is what you’ll see. If there’s ever a way to save you money without cutting quality, I’ll point it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple. First, I listen to what you’re trying to create and what problems you’re trying to solve. Then I walk the property, talk through ideas, and give honest recommendations based on what will perform best. Once we lock in a plan, I give you a clear estimate and timeline so you always know what’s coming next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed landscape contractor and have years of hands-on training in concrete, hardscapes, drainage, and full landscape construction. Most of my “education” comes from being out in the field every day learning how to build things the right way and constantly sharpening my craft through real experience.
