I've trained with Carlos for 6 years and he got me from a size 12 to a size 6. Of course, I had to do the work, but it was Carlos' motivation and commitment to my health that made my success possible. In fact, Carlos suggested that I run a 1/2 marathon 5 years ago, I thought he was crazy but he knew I could to it. Fast forward to today and I've run one 1/2 marathon a quarter for the last 2+ years, with my next event coming up next month Carlos trains to improve and strengthen the whole body, understands when adjustments are needed and he knows when to push me and his clients to the next level. I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been in my entire life and I owe it all to Carlos.

After working with previous trainers, and achieving minimal results, I was fortunate to connect with Carlos Melara. Over the past 2.5 years, he has helped me to achieve some aggressive fitness and weight loss goals. He is professional, knowledgeable, and motivational. He gets to know his clients, and creates workouts that are unique to each client's goals. I recommend him unequivocally.

I've been working with Carlos for over 5 years now and he's great. He pushes me, but respects when I say this is too hard/it hurts, he provides great feedback and he's supported me in my fitness goals outside of our sessions. On top of that, he's flexible and will do his best to reschedule to accommodate my meetings, etc. I went through 3 other trainers before I found him through a referral from a colleague. I come in on vacation to work out with him and it's not because I love the gym.

I trained with Carlos on and off for a couple of years. Either independently or in a group session. He is an outstanding fitness coach. He encompasses a holistic approach to fitness which involves diet, sleep and etc., He is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. He is very knowledgeable and cares about all of his clients.

I've started working out with Carlos in 2006. Over the years he has continued to challenge me with his workouts, and tailors our sessions to meet my goals and fitness objectives. Regardless of what you are trying to achieve with respect to health and fitness, Carlos is terrific partner to have.
