- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a frist session with a new client, we usually sit down to discuss a few questions that I have for my clients: 1) fitness goals 2) medical limitations 3) nutritional information 4) body measurements (optional) I show them the gym and then I give them about a 30 minute workout so they can get idea of my style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Business and a minor in Physical Education. Certified Personal Trainer with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been involved in fitness since I was a young boy. Worked in corporate america for a few years but did not enjoy that enviroment. In 2004, began working as a trainer and have worked full time as a trainer since then.
