Adrian is a fantastic trainer, communicates well and has lots of tips & tricks to improve and stay motivated! I’ve had tremendous success in developing strength, losing fat while increasing muscle ~ by far the best results I’ve ever had and I used to teach fitness classes!!! If you’re ready for change, he’s your guy!!!

There are many reasons I would recommend Adrian as your fitness Coach but accountability, attention to detail, and knowledge/experience on what actually works are my Top 3. 1) Accountability. I need his accountability and support along my journey to weight loss and building muscle. As a 49 year old women, losing weight on my own was just not as easy as it used to be. I "knew" what to do but was not executing it on my own. Adrian not only customizes your workout program to your individual needs, but he also creates a diet plan to follow. I knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and when to do it by his simple to follow plans. Knowing that Adrian was following my daily progress through our app every single day is what kept me on track. His helpful daily suggestions for on how to tweak my diet a little or simply reminding me to drink more water, was what I needed to stay on my plan and achieve results. 2) Adrian's attention to detail. It's incredible, actually. After working with him for 9 months, I have begun to see his methodology on the programs he creates for me. I am interested in weight loss and muscle gains, and each set/rep is built on top of the other in such a way that you get results in a truly scientific way. I couldn't do that on my own just following some general plan off the internet. He also reads my weights and reps daily and looks at the food I track in my food diary. His regular attention to those specific details keeps him always one step ahead of me and has never allowed me to "fall off" my routine. Every two weeks we fill out a progress report, take measurements and photos and he reads mine carefully and truly takes in what I have said in it. We discuss it at length at check in calls and it's just nice to have someone following my journey even closer than me! He keeps me motivated by keeping such close tabs on me. 3) Adrian has extensive biological and scientific knowledge in the field of health and nutrition. At check in calls, he would explain reasons to me why I might be feeling hungrier this week than last, just by evaluating my meal plans, sleep patterns, stress levels... The training he's had and thus relays to me gives me an education in the "why" I am working hard on getting in the correct macros to lose weight or when I need to bump up in my weight even when I don't think I can. I feel like I have an expert on my team, and it's very comforting to know that. If you're on the fence as to whether you need a trainer like Adrian, trust me, you won't regret hiring him. It's the best money I've ever spent.

My husband and I tried a lot of diet and exercise in the past like crossfit, paleo, keto, and nothing ever lasted. Do great for a month and then fall off the wagon. We stumbled across Adrian while looking for a personal trainer and this was our guy! He was exactly what we needed! Took all the thinking away and just do what he tells you! He took the time to get to know us individually and then custom designed our workouts and diets. He also routinely checks in to gauge our progress and he's easily reachable on a daily basis say if we had issues with a workout or lacking motivation. He also constantly modifies the workouts so its never stagnant and we're always improving, always challenged. We're about finishing our 4th month and im 20 lbs down and no sign of slowing down. I feel great and I feel strong. Im getting compliments at work all the time now! To top it off, being the rice bucket that I am, I get to eat rice everyday!!! All this thanks to Adrian! Highly recommended. Do what he tells you and you'll get results!

I have been a fitness enthusiast for many many years before finding Adrian. It was by chance that I began following him on social media. I enjoyed his posts among an endless sea of fitness posts. They were concise and well researched and everything clearly came from personal experience. I decided to take the plunge and ask him to help me with a proper strength training and nutritional program. I have been training with him for a year now and I'm never looking back! I have been able to really understand how my body responds to different macro breakdowns and have been consistently gaining muscle and eating more while keeping my measurements. I am super excited about the next few months. I could not recommend him any more; he will meet you where you're at while somehow still getting the best out of you. He takes the complicated out of the whole process and considering he is virtual, Ive never worked with anyone who was so available and present. He's just the best!
