    Birte really had her sh*t together even though the information i provided her was spread across multiple emails from different periods. She was very clear with what the final request was; if anything was unclear, she was sure to ask for clarity. She was very good with following up and confirming/resolving questions/issues that were brought up in the past. I want to reiterate: everything was made super clear; nothing was confusing or unexpected. There were no unpleasant surprises. Cake ended up looking and tasting amazing! very happy with how everything turned out!!!

      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
        Step 1: we help you choose a wedding theme and select the services you want to add into your bundle. We have existing themes for choices, but also welcome your new ideas! Step 2: we arrange around 3 meetings between you and our pro candidates. You can review their portfolios, chat with them to make sure they are the right ones. Step 3: you customize the details with the pros and we will provide a back-up plan for any of our vendor no show (it didn't happen before, but just in case)
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
        1. 3 years of wedding planning experience 2. over 80,000 couples have done their weddings with us 3. we interviewed the wedding vendors only if we get referrals from our newlyweds, and make sure they have insurance.
