Richard came out to give us an estimate about 3 weeks ago for mold and water damage in our bathroom, which leaked down into our kitchen. The price seemed high, at the time. So, we waited to get another 3 estimates. He did tell us mold grows, so the estimate was for the mold damage as it was. Thought it was a sales ploy, but in the three weeks since we got his estimate, and the other 3, the disaster spread! We called him back to start the job because the other guys were a little shady and I didn’t trust a word they said. His new estimate was a few bucks more than the other guys, but peace of mind like that you just can’t buy. I’m a 69 yr old Navy vet with Lyme disease. Mold is nothing to monkey around with! Job is finished and now the rebuild can start!
Oh, and he offered to ozone my house and clean the carpet for free because the mold spores probably contaminated more spaces, since I waited so long.
His techs were professional and very knowledgeable. His guy, Don, has about 30 years experience doing this.
