- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with a new customers and listen to them talk about their background history, their motivations, and current lifestyle. I take all these individual characteristics into consideration when I create an exercise program for the customer because this makes sure the customer is happy with their fitness routine and that the routine is sustainable for long term results. From there we would set up a recurring schedule to ensure consistency and accountability. We are then ready to take off toward fitness success!
