Bruno and his helper did an excellent job cleaning the house I was renting. They really got into the corners, cleaned deep, and left the place looking great. The landlord was very happy with the cleaning and I was able to get my full deposit back. If you're a landlord or a renter, I'd have no problem recommending Bruno to handle move out cleaning.

I hired this company for a deep move-out cleaning. I sent a detailed message listing specific types of cleaning needed, and received confirmation that my requests were in their scope of services.
Once they arrived (over 30 minutes late), I walked them through the house pointing out special areas of attention.
I didn't follow them around while they worked, as I assumed they know what to do, and they have many glowing reviews. But their attention to detail is completely sub-par to any of the many other cleaners I've hired over the past 20 years.
The Pros and Cons:
PROS: They asked questions throughout their work; so communication was pretty good.
CONS:
Even though I did a walkthrough with them at the end, and identified some things they missed, which they half-heartedly took care of, I did not inspect closely enough, and many areas either were not cleaned at all, or there was apparently a cursory light swipe with a dry cloth.
There were crumbs in the drawers & cupboards.
There were q-tips and grime in the bathroom.
The baseboards, doors, and cabinets were still coated in grimy dust.
The top of the fridge had a thick coat of grime.
The kitchen sink was not polished- it had a brown film still, and the drain was dirty.
I don't understand how a company can literally call themselves "Move Out Cleaning Experts" and be so remarkably negligent, and get good reviews.
They did "clean" the place, but I would not call it a "move-out" clean.
After paying them $400 + a $50 tip, I ended up spending hou cleaning.
I messaged them several times, with photos showing what I was finding undone, and they never responded.
I highly DON'T recommend them for anything near a move-out cleaning. MAYBE a light, normal cleaning. Maybe, but likely not, after their tardiness, and unresponsiveness afterwards.
In retrospect, it seemed like they were pretending to clean, as they were there for over 3 hours and really obvious things were not addressed. I don't understand how they have any good reviews on this app.
