Even though the instructional date isn’t until late March, Chef Michael has been so kind, patient, understanding of a 16 year old wanna be Chef and so thoughtful.
I can’t wait to meet him and have the pleasure of seeing him teach my nephew cookery skills!

Look, here is the deal, I have eaten a lot of potato skins in my life more than I would like to admit. There isnt a TGIF Fridays between Alabama and Texas that I havent hit up. To say Im a P-skin expert would be an understatement. My man Mike can make P-skins with the best of em. Top 3 potatoes I have ever had

Chef Michael prepared all food, five courses, for our New Year’s Eve party. The menu he developed after speaking with me, was excellent, elegant, and beautifully presented on a range of plates. It was also delicious, filling and provided special tastes/ touches that had our guests asking him about how it was prepared, special ingredients, etc. It was absolutely a hit with everyone.
Additionally, Chef Michael came to our home beforehand to look at the space we were converting to serve a sit down dinner and advise me about how to fit in the tables and chairs to accommodate the crowd. Did I mention that Michael researched where to rent the chairs and tables, he arranged their rental and came early the day of the party to help me move furniture and set up? Again, I can’t say enough about how accommodating he is. After the event I found my kitchen all clean and ready for the next day and the few leftovers were packed away in my dishes and stored in the refrigerator. You will, no doubt, be impressed as I was with Chef Michael’s professional and friendly manner. He knows food and party management. He also has told me he would be happy to come back for small dinners. I highly recommend Chef Michael and will call upon him again to co- pilot my entertaining of family and friends.

Chef Michael asked me what I envisioned for my event, when I was having a hard time articulating he gave me some creative ideas. He offered a fair price, the food was amazing. He was very professional from start to finish. My guests were delighted. Chef Michael’s delicious food, its presentation and service were a highlight to my event. I will choose Chef Michael for future events and highly recommend him.
