Chef Chanté was incredible! Leading up to the event she was very responsive and thoughtful in her process. She came up with a menu that we reviewed together and made adjustments along the way.
She arrived early and started prepping - super friendly and fun to be around.
The service started and her food was SO SO good. Every course was carefully curated, balanced, and just incredible. Our dinner guests were blown away by how tasty everything was. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in level of detail for her food. She even did a cocktail to celebrate the occasion between courses.
I also was surprised by how much food we received for each course. Typically I feel skimped with these kind of fancy meals and am still hungry after - Chef’s courses were all the perfect size - not too big, not too little.
Our dinner guests ended up loving everything so much they even asked for Chef’s card at the end. I will definitely be hiring her again and recommending her to everyone I know!

Chanté is such an amazing chef! She was very attentive, hospitable, professional, and felt as if she was friend of ours. I booked her for my wife and I’s first anniversary. We went with 4-course meal, and let me tell you, it was amazing! I eat A LOT of food and was concerned that I would still be hungry after the meals, but she fed us well and still had leftovers that we definitely ate as well. I would highly, highly, highly recommend her services for anyone looking for an amazing chef. Once again, thank you Chef Chanté!

Chante was amazing. Chante is a very talented chef, kind, patient, and just fun to be around. My friend and I never thought we could be part of making the great dishes that Chante showed us. I will definitely be asking her to come back.

I hired Snippets of Thyme to cater a small brunch at our home for my husband's birthday. The food was utterly amazing and the team were super fun to chat too. They came up with a perfect menu complete with all the food my husband likes, catered to the different dietary restrictions of our guests, and left our kitchen spotless. I've added a photo of the charcuterie board they made- it was a work of art! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone looking for a private chef.
