Considering that I am a person who provides service for the public, I am a sticker for good customer service. Not only did SupraClean do a wonderful job on my carpets the first time, they did a great job every time. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional. The technician Sterling was clean and professional. In our first appointment for carpet cleaning, my mother got sick and I had to rush away from the house. Although the technician was on his way, I was able to re arrange my appointment. Considering that this was an unexpected situation, the company did not charge me a cancellation fee and my current discount still applied because I made a new appointment at the time I cancelled my current appointment. When Sterling arrived at my home, he was very professional. I told him that since our first appointment, they I had waist wine in my carpet and could not remove the stain. He said so problem and went to work. He didn't even mind me asking all sorts of questions about the equipment and chemicals he used. The carpet was wet for about two hours which is wonderful considering that I have three small dogs that just couldn't wait to track up everything. Sterling also suggested an all natural pet deodorizer and carpet protections that would assist in keeping my high traffic areas clean. Since my first cleaning almost five years ago, I still call SupraClean once a year for maintenance on my carpets.

Andressa and her partner were on time and were able to clean the house from top to bottom very nicely. I will continue to work with her on a bi-weekly basis. I hired Stephen and his crew to help clean up the landscaping around my dad's home that hadn't been maintained for years. The property was terribly overgrown and required a lot of work to get it back in shape. Stephen was awesome and responsive throughout the whole process. He came for the consultation on Jan 1 (New Years Day!) because he knew I was eager to get the project started. He was super responsive and kept me in the loop on the status of the work since I wasn't at the property while it was being worked on. When I did drop by to take a look at the work, it was like a whole new property. Very happy with the work and I'd recommend Stephen to anyone looking for landscaping help.
