- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do a flat hourly rate. If you need me to give you an estimate time on how long a project might take me, just send me a message! I work in a decent speed- not too fast( not putting the detail the project needs) or not too slow( just trying to get more hours of pay) .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working together should be very easy ! First is when and what time would you like the job to be done ? Second if you can send me photos of the space so I can start thinking about the best solution? Also I can give you a time estimate on how long I think the project should take me. Third is do you want to use your own equipment ( boxes, any organizational tools)? Or do you want me to provide those things for an extra cost . Lastly is if you want to sort out your things before I get there you can, or whether you'd like to work alongside me to purge, sort, organize and style your belongings, or simply have me do it all for you—the choice is up to you!
