- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate for all work and any thing over 8 hours we change guard and no overtime is accrued.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request that you go to our website and download our PDF Request Security Services application and fill it out to give us a better understanding what you are requiring and so we can price it accurately of the job you want accomplished. We are the security professional, so you tell us what you require and we can give you the best options and pricing in performing that task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly stay in touch with local law enforcement on situations in the area. Attend California Police Academy Police Officers Standard of Training, seminars and range training qualification quarterly. As an Instructor in Security and Firearms I remain current on the knowledge of the day. I have attained my Degree in Criminal Justice, Studied Behavioral Psychology, Studied Administration of Justice, Federal Firearms License with the Bureau of Arson Tobacco and Firearms, Private Patrol Operator License with the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, Certificate of Eligibility, Exposed Firearms and California Certified Firearms Instructor with the California Department of Justice, National Rifle Association Certified Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer, San Diego County Sheriffs Department Conceal Carry License.
