I have a Bachelor of Administration degree in Gerontology. In addition, I am a Senior Fitness Specialist and have several certifications in functional corrective training, nutrition, cancer exercise, health and wellness. I asses the client, gather information about their health, medications, fitness goals and I create an exercise regimen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications, such as Personal Training, Nutrition, Corrective exercise, Cancer Exercise Specialist and Wellness Coach. My Bachelor of Arts degree is in Gerontology. My experience is with clients who are 50 years old and up with chronic deceases, ailments, injuries and healthy clients too.
