Introduction: Ive met a lot of personal trainers and energy therapists but Ive not yet met anyone who takes the approach that I do. I look for the root of the emotional or physical imbalance and work with my client to the gain awareness and understanding needed to process that root out of the body while giving them tools to help alleviate the sometimes multiple fires created by the root. for instance, when it comes to corrective exercise; someone might come to me with knee pain that I can see is coming from an imbalance in their shoulder girdle. This imbalance my be caused from them turning their shoulders in to protect their heart due to past emotional trauma. We would first work to correct the physical imbalances to alleviate the pain and then, if they are open to it, we would work on the emotional body as well. I was referred to Jodi for help with my neuropathy pain. She worked with me one-on-one at a studio near Newport Beach for nearly 1 year. She directed me through a series of corrective exercises, always with a careful eye for adjustments based on my progress. As a result of our work together, my pain has dropped from a level that always distracted me from my work, to barely noticeable and some days, no pain at all. She gave me homework and checked in even on days we weren't working together. She is committed to her appoint times and always attentive to where I am that day. I'm very satisfied with Jodi's work. She has made a difference in an area that several doctors examined and told me there was nothing that could be done. One year ago, I was taking pain killers to sleep. I've been off all drugs for over 6 months.

For about 10 years I have not done any real physical training or consistent sport for that matter. My back and body were feeling weaker and less flexible. Being 35, I knew this was my chance to really make a difference and learn to take care of my body properly. Jodi is undeniably the best trainer I have ever worked with. She pays attention to what my body specifically needs and has the experience to help me achieve my goals. Her warm personality and consistent attention during training makes it something I look forward to every time.
