Introduction: My Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching practice is client centered. I am here to facilitate each of my clients in achieving their individual goals and desires by helping them to weed their garden of life and replant that garden with what serves them best. Theirs is a journey of self empowerment and I am honored to be a part of that journey. I believe every day is a new beginning filled with endless possibilities and the choice is yours as to what you do with those possibilities.
