Dr. Shari is compassionate and is a great listener who tries to find the root cause of patient’s problems. I’ve had a back problem for along time and none of the pain killers doctors prescribed helped me. Following Dr. Sheri’s dietary regimens and physical exercises, my pain has improved to a great extent. She’s a life coach and I’m living a better life following her instructions. My goal is helping and healing my clients. Client can decide how worthy my service is to rejuvenate her/ his body and mind .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will evaluate clients physical, emotional, mental health first. Next , I will design an individualized health plan that suits the client to improve his/ her health not only physically but also emotionally and mentally too. My guidance plan will result in chronic disease prevention, rejuvenation and longevity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced yoga therapist since 2007. Mind , body spirit healing or holistic health is my style. My doctoral degree in Naturopathy guides my clients helps to find the root cause of diseases. I believe everybody can heal himself or herself but he/ she need to know how. My job is guide you how !
