We hired MHB for a wedding reception for the kids. Once the festivities started, the kids were in line getting balloons twisted into all shapes and sizes. Here's the kicker - the grown ups started getting in line too. Lots of compliments for hiring her because it's all about creating a good time for guests. Worth it.
Megan was so on top of it the whole time through the whole process. I had a giant wedding with lots of decor, signs, and flowers and she handled it all with ease and I never even heard about any mishaps or issues. She just handled them all. She was the best florist/wedding coordinator I could've asked for!
Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I cant imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. Shes amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!
San Francisco City Hall for a wedding reception has many rules and regulations as it is a government building and requires a lot of security and supervision. In addition to that, there isn't a kitchen on site so a tent is required as well as all rental equipment. Chef Mark and his group truly went above and beyond for our event. My husband does not like seafood at all but after our tasting, he was so impressed with the fish that he even considered having the fish as his entree for our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by our appetizers and dinner. We were assured restaurant quality and I wasn't surprised when all of our guests complimented us on how delicious the food was. It was catered specifically to us and Chef Mark and Roy spent time with us discussing what we would like for ourselves and our guests. Everything was tailored specifically to our celebration and that is truly a representation of us for the night. It was more than we could have asked for. We can't thank you enough for this. My initial concern was that Mark Kearney's Group is based from LA whereas our wedding in San Francisco but the communication was always frequent and Roy was very responsive and caring about our concerns. From start to finish they always assured us that they truly wanted to make sure our special night went without any concerns and they were on our side. Our event did not go without any bumps and when I found out from our wedding coordinator that a broken stove was delivered, I just couldn't believe that Chef Mark and his crew was able to deliver such wonderful meals to our guests under such a stressful situation. It's not the events that go flawlessly that are impressive but the ones that have a lot of obstacles that are impressive. I had absolutely no idea the kind of stress that must have been involved and our coordinator only told us afterwards so we had no idea on the day of. It is truly a mark of their professionalism. The thing is, I was already so impressed with all the other details that Chef Mark went out of his way to take care of for us. He made sure that a bottle of champagne was saved for us. When appetizers came around he specifically made sure my favorite came to me directly. When he flew up for our walk through, he took the time to take a picture of my husband and me because he was excited for us. We never requested any of these, but he just did them because he cares. His execution of the night was perfect as far as I am concerned and did not go unnoticed by ALL of our other vendors. EVERYONE was very impressed and I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for him and Roy and the rest of their team. You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!! We love you!
Pennie was excellent! I recently hired her to do my wedding ceremony and reception flowers in Temecula. Pennie was able to turn my elegant garden theme into a reality. She is very detail oriented, very knowledgeable about the types of flowers (how delicate they can be and also how to to keep them fresh), cares about the quality of her work, and works with your budget. I had hydrangeas in my arrangements and Pennie informed me they are quite fragile. She changed out flowers that could not take the Temecula heat (over 100 degrees) and replaced them with healthier looking flowers in between my reception and wedding ceremony. My wedding guests and I were very happy to take them home. I highly recommend Pennie's Bloomers!

LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. Our wedding reception was truly magical. So much so that guests felt they were in "Miami". The draping was beautiful and flowed in the wind. Lighting was truly amazing. Decorations were magical. Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. The flowers and the decoration are extremely pretty and I loved it so much. She really did a lot of wonderful works and helped us had a beautiful wedding. She made me feel listened to when I had a concern and she handled everything very capably. Alicia relieved a lot of behind-the-scenes stress for the bride, bridal party and bride's MOTHER! Alex and SmartBooth photography team brought a lot of fun on our wedding. They were very easygoing and cool. Photo booth was a blast!! Everybody loved it! Design and color changes is great idea! Never seen anything like this. Also the front side creates really good light. Photos I received are really good! We had a great time at our wedding reception and we will definitelly recommend these guys!
Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!
I want to start off by saying that planning a wedding is no easy endeavor and despite how much I wanted to organize and execute every detail out between my fiancé and I, we both knew that we couldn't tackle a project like this without the help of someone. To give you some background, we were both living and working in South Korea while trying to plan a wedding in Los Angeles, Ca. Que did a wonderful job on our floral arrangements for our ceremony and reception in September. She was a pleasure to work with, flexible about working within our budget, and has very good taste. She created a wonderful, natural birchwood arch decorated with succulents for our ceremony. We received many compliments on it as well as on our all our flowers and centerpieces.
Maricela was so easy to work with. Her calm demeanor is the perfect remedy for any stressed out bride. Our wedding was beautiful thanks to her creative touch. Our flowers were beautiful, our candy bar was a hit and our ceremony came off without a hitch. We did run into some glitches during the reception, but having Maricela there meant my husband and I were clueless to those mishaps. It doesn't get any better than that.
I've been known to be a do it yourself, picky, controlling person when it comes to preparing for family gatherings and getting things done. I like things done a certain way and have issues with trusting that someone else could possibly understand what we were wanting along with having it done within our budget. I'd been very hesitant with seeking outside help in preparing for our intimate beach wedding/backyard reception, until I came across TRM Events facebook page. After several weeks of trying to juggle home life, work, opening a new business, and working with a low budget, we decided to message TRM Events to get quotes. I can HONESTLY say it wasn't easy for me to let go and trust a complete stranger to put together the most amazing wedding that our Special Day turned out to be! Tammy was extremely patient and empathetic with much of my craziness and countless text messages and mind changing decisions that came out of me. We can't thank her enough for everything she did to make our day just as Special as it was for us! TRM Events is now part of our family as we continue to keep in touch and they continue to help with all of our family gatherings. We highly recommend TRM Events! Jane helped me with some of my bridesmaids party favors as well as some decor and invitations for my wedding. And of course she was the sweetest person to have around to help so by default we invited her to the wedding to share our special day!! If I could recommend ANYONE, it's Jane!! She was a jack of all trades and we got so many different aspects of the wedding knocked out for ONE PRICE❤️
