About
Hi, I’m Bryant — a personal trainer in North Hollywood specializing in adults in their 40s through 70s. I help clients improve mobility, balance, posture, bone strength, and overall confidence through safe, low-impact training that meets you exactly where you are. I train out of a clean, private gym (never crowded or intimidating), and I have years of experience helping older adults move better, feel stronger, and stay active without pain. Whether you’re new to fitness, dealing with stiffness, or getting back into a routine, I’ll guide you safely and at your pace. If you want a patient, encouraging trainer who understands the needs of aging adults, I’d love to help. Send me a message and let’s talk about your goals.

Ive been working with Bryant for seven months now, and I cant say enough good things about him. Not only does he understand the physiology of the body, he is in tune with the emotional and nutritional side of fitness. Bryant has become more than a trainer to me, But rather a trusted partner in this journey, I would recommend Bryant to anyone.

Bryant works hard to do exactly what you are needing for your own personal experience. He truly cares about your progress and continues to fight with and for you. He only wants what is best for his clients in all ways. He is so personal with his clients and you feel very comfortable. Best trainer I have ever worked with.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I start with a free consultation to understand your goals, medical history, and current fitness level. From there, I create a personalized training plan and nutrition guide focused on your mobility, balance, strength, and overall health. Every session is guided, supportive, and adjusted to your pace so you feel safe, motivated, and see measurable progress.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always loved helping people feel stronger and healthier. Over the years, I noticed many older adults struggle with mobility, balance, and strength. I decided to specialize in safe, low-impact training for adults in their 40s–70s, helping them improve quality of life, move without pain, and stay active as they age.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked with a 65-year-old client who has osteoporosis in his knees. Over a few months of 1-on-1, low-impact training focused on mobility, balance, and gentle strength work, his knee pain has almost completely gone. Seeing him move more confidently, enjoy daily activities, and feel more independent has been incredibly rewarding — it’s moments like this that remind me why I love what I do.
