I highly recommend Ken! As a 60 year old, I truly appreciate a trainer who understands how to tailor workouts to my needs and personal style and that’s exactly what Ken did. He struck the perfect balance between meeting me where I’m at and still challenging me in a safe, effective way. His approach made me feel confident, supported, and motivated. He is also flexible. He worked with my scheduling preferences, which no made sticking to a routine so much easier.

Overall amazing experience working with Ken, he is very knowledgeable and dedicated to giving his clients a great experience. He takes all of your concerns and needs into consideration when creating a plan for your lifestyle. In my personal experience he has been very attentive and supportive during our training session. Pushing me to my limits in a positive and productive manner. Ken is also very responsive whenever I have any question about my plan. I absolutely hate working out but I love the muscle tone I get when I train with Ken. He makes sure my weight training form is correct and busts me when I get sloppy or lazy in my form. He keeps me accountable to myself and shows a true interest in my health.

Training with Ken has been an incredible experience. From the very beginning, he’s been professional, kind, and above all, extremely motivating. His calm and uplifting presence truly helped me overcome the intimidation I used to feel around working out. As someone who can be shy and hesitant in fitness settings, I never thought I’d enjoy working out but he completely changed that for me. What makes Ken stand out is not just his knowledge, but the way he shares it. He takes the guesswork out of working out and you never have to stress about what to do next. He guides you every step of the way with purpose, intention, and encouragement. Little things like adjusting my form or explaining how to properly engage specific muscles (like rolling my shoulders a certain way) made a huge difference that I never would have figured out on my own.
